FLAG Achieves ISO 20000-1:2018 Certification

We are thrilled to share that FLAG has been awarded ISO 20000-1:2018 certification by Bureau Veritas!

This certification demonstrates FLAG’s commitment to delivering high quality, reliable services, driving operational excellence through continual improvement, strengthening governance, risk management and compliance, and enhancing the customer experience while delivering greater business value.

This achievement would not have been possible without the support and collaboration across the business. A special thank you to our Global Networks Operations team, who led the certification process and brought together teams from across FLAG to achieve this important milestone.

Congratulations to everyone involved, and thank you for helping make this certification possible. We’re looking forward to building on this success as we continue to improve and grow together.
