“What motivates me is knowing the work I do contributes to the success of FLAG.”

What motivates you in your role at FLAG, and how do you maintain your inspiration?
What motivates me is knowing the work I do contributes to the success of FLAG. FLAG’s collaborative culture makes it easy to stay engaged and motivated.
Is there a specific project or achievement at FLAG that you are particularly proud of?
There have been many, but most recently I’m very proud to part a project focused on evolving the Lead to Bill Customer journey. It’s a great opportunity to work with teams across the business, understand their challenges and together create a better experience for our business and Customers.
How do you approach challenges and overcome obstacles in your work?
Understanding issues and priorities is essential. Communication and collaboration often provide the best solution. If you are open minded and focused, challenges and obstacles become the best learning opportunities.
Who has had the biggest impact on your journey at FLAG, and how have they influenced you?
The big impact on my journey has come from working closely with experienced leaders and teams across many functions within FLAG. Being surrounded by many talented people, such as Paul Abfalter, Brice Evin, Nadya Melic, Lokesh Sahni, Neha Deradi, Sushil Patil and Andy Pocock, who are willing to share knowledge, challenge and support growth has been invaluable.
What advice would you offer to new employees or those striving to excel in their careers at FLAG?
Be proactive, stay curious, ask questions and step outside your comfort one. Take every opportunity to learn from people around you and across the whole organisation. Most importantly stay adaptable because the fast paced environment gives you an amazing opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
